Chocalho / Rocar with aluminium frame - galvanised steel jingles - RG

Chocalhos with aluminium frames are still common models and have a particularly high proportion of metal in the sound due to the aluminium frame. You have one handle on each side, which some sambistas wrap with fabric for comfort and to avoid pressure marks when playing for long periods.
Zinc sheet jingles have a powerful, dry sound basically no sustain, which is popular in Brazil and with European hardcore sambistas. Some abrasion may occur when playing with sheet zinc jingles.

The chocalho is a tad too long for the short bag but fits comfortably in our long chocalho bag.
