FUNKY TIMBAL
Funky times for all timbal freaks:
Systematic working on solo playing and basics of improvisation are only one part of this workshop for the popular Brazilian handdrum. Sound quality and different techniques will be trained while focussing on modern rhythms - remember that the timbal is a rather young instrument and has strongly inspired Brazilian music within the last 20 years!

CONGA TOTAL
4 days Conga non-stop!
Playing on 1, 2 or 3 congas, in a duo, trio or solo - in this workshop you will learn Afro-brazilian rhythms like the Umbanda, the Candomblé de Angola or different Samba styles. Playing solos and intensive training of a good technique and sound quality are the focus of the 4-day course, also you will learn how to play nice slaps, open tones, muffles, floatinghand and independence as well as some songs.
