EASY SET-UP FOR IVSOM INSTRUMENTS
How to mount an Ivsom surdo (works the same as for caixas, repiniques and charutos):
You have bought yourself an Ivsom drum and want to mount a new head, but somethings not quite the same here.
Exactly! Ivsom instruments have a special feature which comes with great playing comfort: The rods have threads on both sides. Most other brands you 'd just stick the rods through the bracket until it sits in the groove. With Ivsom instruments, you screw in the rods until the top is flush with the bracket, no more sharp rod ends sticking out!
Put on new hide heads
