Timbal 14'' x 90 cm - 16 tension hooks, aluminium - black along-stripes

Super high tuning, clear and smacky slaps, strong and full opens, deep and warm bass tones - the aluminium timbal is varnished with black vertical stripes, its 16 tension hooks making sure it endures a lot and gives back even more. Timbra is still quite a newcomer brand but have managed to create an absolute high-end and professional timbal line. In the last couple of years, many axé-pop bands but also quite some blocos have been following the trend of high-pitching their timbals to the limit. Then somebody had the clever idea to spread the higher force impact on the shell by using more tuning hooks. This was the cornerstone for a new trend: the timbal is made of strong hard-wood, on its inside an additional enforcement ring is placed to ensure constant stability. The body is built exactly for its purpose of extreme pitching, which would not be possible with a traditional timbal. The timbal is of great workmanship which you will definitively see, hear and feel.
More material (tension hooks, reinforcement elements) naturally mean more weight, which won´t matter anyways if you put the timbal in a stand and play stage gigs. The sound is worth every gramme!
